Leveraging a hybrid architecture, it features a central-limit order book powered by RISC Zero’s zero-knowledge (ZK) prover and Celestia’s data availability layer—ensuring off-chain execution with on-chain integrity.
Beyond trading, Hibachi is designed to drive user engagement through gamified incentives and rich, data-driven insights. ETL & Data Infrastructure
We engineered a comprehensive ETL solution leveraging Python, Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, and Spark. This pipeline ingests and processes on-chain and off-chain data to power:

- Business intelligence dashboards for internal analytics

Gamification & Integration
To deliver engaging incentives, we developed a modular quest engine and leaderboard, supported by Rust-based microservices. These services integrated tightly with a Next.js/React frontend to bring users an immersive gamified interface.We extended the platform’s reach by integrating with:
- Galxe and Layer3 for cross-platform quests (31,000+ completions so far)
- DeFiLlama and CoinMarketCap to enrich token and protocol data
- Custom APIs to source and verify real-time financial data
Developer SDK
To drive adoption among partners and third-party developers, we delivered a Python SDK allowing easy integration with Hibachi’s services via both REST and WebSocket protocols.
Security & OperationsSecurity was baked in from day one:
- Launched a black-box penetration test to simulate real-world threats
- Established a bug bounty program with a full verification and remediation pipeline
